REMIX BY MACH: ‘Funky Mix’ (US Remix 12in)
Not another ‘Bits & Pieces III’ (which literally exploded for all who used it last weekend!), this instrumental snippets mixer starts with Sergio Mendes before keying in to ‘Funkytown’ and at 0 – 122 – 124bpm is certainly useable as several well-known intros are incorporated, the flip’s 125 – 124 – 125bpm ‘On And On‘ being fairly dull although it does multi-layer the ‘Funkytown’ rhythm with the ‘Bad Girls’ “toot toot beep beep” ad infinitum. Record Shack have it.
