WHAT JAMES HAMILTON HAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS RELEASE:
VARIOUS: ‘Manhattan No.2’ (US Disco Sample SPL 5220).
“Party time is anytime and anytime is party time”-started murkily pressed 12in disco mixer sounds rather flat and competently if unexcitedly runs from 113bpm through various rapper rhythms to end with ‘Underwater’ at a dodgy 125bpm.
